Juneteenth in Utah
Friendly reminder that Wednesday, the 19th is Juneteenth, also known as Emancipation Day!
Since we’ll be closed and some of the following events are happening this weekend, here’s an early guide to Freedom Day goings-on in Utah.
Logan
Utah State University in Logan is hosting multiple activities to celebrate Juneteenth, including lectures, workshops, and cultural events from June 17th to June 19th. Ogden
Ogden’s Juneteenth celebration is one of the largest and most vibrant in Utah. The event, organized by Project Success Coalition, spans several days from June 15th to June 19th. The festivities include a range of activities such as parades, live music, dance performances, educational workshops, and a variety of vendors offering food and crafts. Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City will have multiple events to celebrate Juneteenth:
