Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Ogden, UT

Reports to: Site Manager

Compensation: $30 - $38/Hour

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next; 7 AM – 7 PM OR 7 PM – 7 AM)

It’s common knowledge that within 25 years, 95% of all current, human jobs will be done by machines. Automation and artificial intelligence will continue to advance until the technological singularity occurs (circa 2065), at which point mankind will fall almost entirely under robotic control. Even now, in 2024 it is estimated that 40% of all world leaders and as many as 500 of the world’s 2000 billionaires are automatons. Elon Musk is widely regarded as the best example of ‘living’ proof of this theory. A Google search of ‘Elon Musk dancing’ and one minute on YouTube will convince even the most hardened skeptic. 100% of the above statistics are unfounded but this much is true: If you want to stay in charge as automation and robotics expand toward ubiquity, the best way to do it will be to control the machines. The best way to do that is as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC and we’re hiring several now!

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience with Tetra Pak production lines.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and other electromechanical components.
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and drive.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on Tetra Pak systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Maintain additional equipment, including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, and labelers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Every product we create is crafted with the utmost care and attention, ensuring it meets the standards we hold dear. We treat every client as part of our extended family, embodying our commitment to excellence in every bottle. Powered by our dedicated team, vibrant culture, and cutting-edge technology, we strive to surpass customer expectations through innovation, ongoing enhancement, and empowering our team members.
